Your firm’s name. Your digital address.

An address you choose once, and clients recognise every day. Find a name that suits your practice, review its cost, and follow registration and connection in one place.

An address for every stage of your practice.

You don’t need to own a domain to get started. Use a subdomain, purchase your own address, or keep the domain you already have.

Free subdomain

Launch on a subdomain of the platform. You don’t need to buy a domain when creating an account, and can add your own later.

Buy a new domain

Choose a global or Saudi extension. Review registration, renewal and service fees, then track the request in your office dashboard.

Connect your existing domain

Keep ownership of your domain and add it in your dashboard. Follow connection and verification instructions, reviewing email records before changing them.

A Saudi domain for a verified practice.

For .sa or .com.sa, submit your request in the office dashboard. The platform reviews your law licence and commercial registration before registration proceeds. A search result alone does not confirm eligibility or acceptance of the name.

Review your plan benefits before buying.

Your annual plan may include credit towards an eligible global domain’s first year, up to its allowance. Any price difference and renewal fees are reviewed on the invoice. Saudi and premium domains need a separate quote.

From a name to your website address.

  1. Choose a name

Enter a short, memorable name and choose an extension available for checking or review.

  2. Review the request

Create your office or open your existing dashboard. Complete domain owner details and any required documents.

  3. Approve the cost

Review the quote, registration invoice and service fee. Processing begins after approval and confirmed payment when an amount is due.

  4. Follow connection

Track registration, then website connection and verification. The domain is ready once activation steps are complete.

Make it easy for clients to find you.

Short and clear

Use your firm’s name or a familiar abbreviation. Avoid strings of numbers and hyphens that are hard to dictate.

Consistent with your identity

Use the same spelling on your website, business cards and email addresses to make it memorable.

Room to grow

Choose a name that can grow with your services and team, and review your right to use it before requesting registration.

Before choosing your firm’s domain

Do I need a custom domain to sign up?

No. Every plan includes a free subdomain. Start there, then buy a custom domain or connect one you already own from the office dashboard.

Is a custom domain included in my plan?

It depends on current plan benefits and payment interval. An annual plan may include first-year credit for a .com, .net or .org domain up to an allowance. Review plans and your invoice; renewals, Saudi domains and premium names are not automatically included.

Does searching reserve the domain?

No. Search returns a check result or indicates a review is needed. Availability may change before registration; a reservation is only complete after successful registration.

How do registration and renewal prices differ?

Registration covers the first year, while renewal covers a later year. Service fees are shown separately and added to registration in the displayed total. Review the renewal quote before approving it.

How do I request a Saudi domain?

Choose .sa or .com.sa from the available extensions and continue in the office dashboard. Licence, commercial registration and request details are reviewed before processing. Listing an extension or submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.

Can I connect a domain bought elsewhere?

Yes, through Office domains if connection is enabled for your office. Keep the domain with its current registrar, add the required connection settings, and follow verification in your dashboard.

Does buying a domain include professional email?

Domain registration alone does not create mailboxes. Review your plan allowance or purchase additional mailboxes under Professional email, then set up email on a verified domain.

Will connecting the website affect my existing email?

Review email records before changing domain settings, and retain the MX, SPF and DKIM records needed by your current service. Connecting the website does not automatically migrate your messages or email archive.
