Withaq Platform Privacy
October 8, 2026
Withaq provides office websites, requests, appointments, messages and subscription administration. This policy covers the platform account; each office defines how it handles its clients’ information.
We process registration and contact details, team membership and permissions, subscription and invoice records, quota usage, and security and audit records needed to operate the account.
The office enters client requests, appointments, messages and documents and manages access through its account. Configured hosting, authentication, storage, email and payment services provide these functions.
Card details are entered with the payment provider rather than platform forms. Transaction references and payment status are retained for reconciliation and subscription records.
Platform administration is separate from office accounts. Office support access requires a reason and additional verification and is time-limited, read-only and audited.
The office owner can export its records and available files. Access, correction and deletion requests can be raised through platform support and may require identity verification and review of retention or financial obligations.
Operational deletion does not immediately remove every backup. Operator identity, processing providers, hosting locations and retention periods must be approved and published before commercial launch.
The version and update date are shown here and the accepted snapshot is recorded at registration. Operator legal approval is required before customer launch.
Marketing measurement and tags stay off until permission is given. Analytics and advertising permissions are separate and can be withdrawn through privacy settings. Optional tags do not load on registration, account dashboards or client portals.
Campaign events contain a random session identifier, public path and bounded campaign labels, without email or phone. Events are retained for 90 days and consent preferences for 180 days. Disclose tag providers and processing locations and assess data transfers before enabling them.
Professional licence and commercial-registration evidence is stored privately for authorized review. Submitted numbers do not imply automated verification with the issuing authority.
