Withaq Subscription Terms

October 8, 2026

Withaq provides software for office websites, requests and appointments. Legal services are provided by the office under a separate engagement.

The administrator creates the office account and assigns team permissions. The office is responsible for published content, professional details and authority to process and share uploaded information.

Trial duration, prices, taxes and available limits are shown before registration and in the account. Trial features may differ from paid-plan limits; review limits before conversion.

Invoices must be settled through the available payment method. Overdue accounts may be suspended according to the collection policy. Disputes and refunds are reviewed with support under the applicable agreement; a refund is not automatically approved.

The office owner can export its information. Coordinate cancellation, retention and deletion with support before closing the account, subject to applicable obligations.

Unauthorized access, abusive messaging and uploading information without authority are prohibited. Protect passwords and use the verification required for sensitive actions.

Operator identity, service agreement, cancellation and refund rules, service levels and jurisdiction must be established before commercial launch. This page does not promise an unpublished service level.

Updates use a new version and visible date. The accepted snapshot is retained at registration. Operator approval is required before commercial availability.

Registration requires a lawyer licence number and evidence before a new site is published. Saudi-domain requests require commercial-registration evidence under our internal policy; the accredited registrar determines final eligibility.

Monthly and annual billing are available. Non-stacking codes apply to the first subscription invoice and are checked against offer dates and usage caps at invoice issue. Selecting a code during a trial does not reserve usage or extend validity.

A domain request does not reserve a name or establish availability. Registration, renewal and coordination charges are quoted before execution. Saudi domains are coordinated through an accredited registrar in the rights holder’s name. The platform does not claim accreditation. Manual payment evidence is separate from subscription invoices.
