Professional email on your law office domain
An address such as name@your-office.com keeps correspondence aligned with your office identity. Professional email requires a verified domain, actual mailboxes and delivery settings; website notification delivery does not create a mailbox.
Plan mailbox counts and storage
List accounts for lawyers, reception and administration, and distinguish mailboxes from aliases and distribution groups. Review mailbox count, storage per mailbox and additional charges in the current offer. An extra address does not automatically include its own storage or login.
Prepare domain and activation requirements
Activation requires a configured email service, an approved request and control of the office domain. Review MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC with your technical administrator. Existing email migration needs a message-copy and cutover plan before changing records.
Open email from your Withaq workspace
The email area shows mailboxes, provisioning status and a webmail link when available. The email system may require a separate login; a link from Withaq does not imply single sign-on or copying messages into the platform database.
Separate mailboxes from platform notifications
Booking messages, verification codes and invoices use platform notification delivery. An office mailbox is a separate service for everyday correspondence. Confirm actual activation, support scope and renewal terms before relying on it for client communication.
